Here Goes

Well, today is my first day as a SparkMember. I did pretty well today until I added those Smoothies to my Nutrition tracker. Dang Smoothies.

My motivation for keeping fit is keeping my Cholesterol down so that I'm around for my son. Also, my high school reunion is next year and it would be nice to be at least back to my graduation weight. No more of them frickin Smoothies!
