I'm back

Ugh. Okay, I fell off the face of SparkPeople for a bit, but I'm back, albeit a few pounds heavier. I decided to go very moderate with regards to everything. I have to log in, I have to do a bit of exercise each day, I have to try to eat more healthily. These things do not seem so horrible in theory. But when you've been allowing yourself to do whatever, eat whatever...well, it is a bit more challenging in practice. So anyhow, I am going to walk for twenty minutes each day. I am going to take my lunch to work. I am going to cook at home and drink some water. I'm going to track it and we'll see where it takes me.
