I am so sore!

The worst thing about beginning weight/strength training is the few weeks are miserable for me! I get so sore I can barely walk right...
I know that I overdo it sometimes, but mostly it is fibromyalgia that kills my major muscle groups for days. I am hanging in there, but frustrated with the soreness and trying to push myself through the pain.
On the bright side, I am beginning to feel tighter and in better shape!
