Ok, so I have been MIA for the last couple of weeks on a very, much-needed break. But now - I'm back! And while I'm not ready to get up at 4:30 in the morning again, I AM ready to get back to the gym, start drinking more water and eating healthier food options again. Hopefully all this time off will help kick my metabolism in the butt so it gets moving again! Here we go!
