emoticon I gained a pound this week, so I'm at 227. That's ok with me....it's been a very stressful week for my body! I will be back on track starting this weekend, so I don't consider this a set back.

I'm constantly seeing the changes in my body, even though that mid section is proving to be quite tuff to get rid of! But it's going away, slowly but surely! When I look in the mirror now, I don't just see a blob, I can see some waist definition. When I turn to the side, I don't resemble one of those lumpy, weeble wobbles any more either! My arms are also starting to show some definition! That little piece of chicken skin isn't so flabby and flailing around anymore!

I'm going home to Chicago next week for my vacation, and I can't wait until they see the new and improved Little Ms Vette! I'm going to see how many I can recruit to walk with me everyday!!! LOL...I hope they are as ready for me as they say.....I don't eat the same as I used to, and I LOVE to exercise now! Woo hoo....they had better watch out! Gotta go back to work....talk with everyone tonight!

Thanks everyone for checking on me and wishing me good health....I'm feeling so much better!

Love to all.......Yvette emoticon
