Trying to Beat the Blahs!!

I've been sparking for almost sixty days now. I'm feeling much stronger than when I first started. I can do more reps in my strength training and I don't get winded as easily as I used to. BUT I still get the blahs way too often. Sometimes I think the only thing that keeps me going is having to log in my workouts. Logging in those fitness minutes always helps pick me up. Thank God for the people and tools on SP!! Log in those minutes and meals peeps! It helps!
