Trying to Beat the Blahs!!

I've been sparking for almost sixty days now. I'm feeling much stronger than when I first started. I can do more reps in my strength training and I don't get winded as easily as I used to. BUT I still get the blahs way too often. Sometimes I think the only thing that keeps me going is having to log in my workouts. Logging in those fitness minutes always helps pick me up. Thank God for the people and tools on SP!! Log in those minutes and meals peeps! It helps!

    I tell you what, Bry, there have been lots of days that logging my exercise was the only thing that kept me going. August is a tough month for me emotionally and I almost always struggle the whole way through. Hang in there!

    Hang in there, Bry! I am so impressed that you have maintained almost 60 days of Sparking. You are an inspiration to me. It's like anything else that is exciting and new in our lives. Easy to stick with at first but then the reality of life takes over and our motivation wanes. That's so normal but we are in charge of ourselves; not our feelings. You are a great motivator and I pray that you will have a better day tomorrow. I feel any day above ground is a good day and another opportunity to improve ourselves. You ROCK!!
