This is day 4 of my "eat less, excersise more" program. I've lost 2.4 pounds in 4 days. My goal is to get back to 160 lbs. in 2.5 months. So far, so good.
It looks like eating 1,600 calories per day and exercising 3-4 times a week is better for me than eating 3,500 calories a day and not exercising. Who knew?

    Yay you, but..... what the heck?! Today is day 6 and I think I've lost maaaaaybe 1 lb emoticon

    Yes, I'm at the gym 5 days... strength training 3 days and hip hop on 2. I found out last night that I'm burning at least 700 cals in the hip hop class... maybe I need to add some cardio along with the machine work, too?

    In any case, I'm really really excited that ya got things going...
