This is day 4 of my "eat less, excersise more" program. I've lost 2.4 pounds in 4 days. My goal is to get back to 160 lbs. in 2.5 months. So far, so good.
It looks like eating 1,600 calories per day and exercising 3-4 times a week is better for me than eating 3,500 calories a day and not exercising. Who knew?
