Can't get my blog to work....need to have someone look at my computer, oh well!
I guess I'm at stage 4 where i'm putting it all together, even though I have not lost that much...well I shouldn't say that, just hasn't been going as fast as I'd like.
I know that conserving on soap is a cool thing in this day and age of green; yet, I've learned to put an extra scoop of laundry soap into my washer, and now after a time, my clothes feel clean even at the end of the day. I'm learning how to buy at the grocery store. Only it's different than what I thought it should be. I'm buying a bag of potatoes (no offense to anyone, I was raised with potatoes and if I use them kindly and gently, they can help me reach my goal), tomatoes, grapefruit. I bought the gallon size of olives and a gallon size of pickles. I buy a loaf of bread from the thrift store, wheat, because it tastes good. Did I tell you where I keep the bread? In my car. That way, if I leave the house without breakfast, well....ta da....and at the end of the week, well, I have a little park here where I can stop by and it's ok if i give the rest of the bread to the animals--well, birds.
I'm learning to substitute a bottle of milk and a bannana when I make my stop at the deli. I've replaced that snack, the same price as a sundae. And I haven't given up the sundae's either.
Did I tell you how easy it is to pack my lunch? A tomato, a grapefruit, an apple, or whatever, into the bag and out the door. It's not a big deal if I decide to eat it at one sitting or spread it thoughout the day.......
175 is such sweet music.
Wondering when the last time that I saw that number on the scales and this week it happened again......
It happened twice and I had ignored the first time thinking that it was a fluke. And then it happened again.
I'm not even going to mention what else that I think that I should be doing, or what else is happening that makes my healty life style being goofy. I just want to say that 175 is such sweet music. I'm at 175 right now!!!!!!!
