I can't believe this!! I've even stepped up my cardio and strength training and somehow I gained 3 lbs this week. What's up with that??!! Okay, I know muscle weighs more than fat. But there's no way I put on 3 lbs of muscle. (I look in the mirror and all I see is this super fat guy.) So what the heck is going on? Its almost enough to make me wanna JUMP off the wagon!! GGGRRRRROOOWWWLLLL!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Okay, enough ranting. I'm gonna shake this off. I know I've been working hard. I'm feeling stronger and more energetic. I'll try to focus on that!

Bry--hang in there and don't give up. I know how you feel though. I've been stuck (or even gaining) some weeks. I do notice some days that it must be water weight. Just remember that you're doing some good for your body whether the scale shows it or not. You're getting stronger and more in shape. Keep up the good work and the scale will eventually catch up. You still deserve a emoticon for all of the exercising you're doing. emoticon Denise

Hang in there, Bry! I know how frustrating this is for you. Once I spent an entire month doing everything PERFECT and I do mean PERFECT: eating right, drinking lots of water and getting in lots of exercise. And guess what! Two of the 4 weeks I had a loss and 2 of the 4 weeks I had a gain. There are so many variables that come into play when it comes to weight loss. You have the BEST attitude and I know you will not let this derail your efforts! I hope you know how much I appreciate all the great support you give to us and I hope I can do the same for you! You ROCK, Bry!!

I know how frustrating that can be! When that happens to me I make sure to have mostly salad and tuna, with lots of water. Till the next weigh in and then I get a pound weight lost and I feel much better. So maybe this week you can really step it up on your diet. Keep us in touch! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Bry look in the mirror and see this SUPER guy. I have enough faith in you that if you did jump off the wagon you would jump back on again. It could be muscle or water retention or weighing at a different time of day. You know you have stayed with your plan and as sure as day follows night the weight will go. emoticon
