I can't believe this!! I've even stepped up my cardio and strength training and somehow I gained 3 lbs this week. What's up with that??!! Okay, I know muscle weighs more than fat. But there's no way I put on 3 lbs of muscle. (I look in the mirror and all I see is this super fat guy.) So what the heck is going on? Its almost enough to make me wanna JUMP off the wagon!! GGGRRRRROOOWWWLLLL!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Okay, enough ranting. I'm gonna shake this off. I know I've been working hard. I'm feeling stronger and more energetic. I'll try to focus on that!
