New Favorite Exercise

I've recently discovered my new favorite exercise - hiking! I hike on my lunch hour no less! I'm very fortunate to have discovered a park a couple of minutes from my office and I head over there during lunch every dry day. The park has a couple miles of very hilly terrain and I love being outdoors and breathing fresh air. I love the challenge of walking on uneven terrain, up and down hills and even mud!
The last couple of weeks, I've been adding spurts of speed by jogging in the flatter areas. I really feel like an athlete when I'm jumping over small logs and zig-zagging over tree roots. It's completely invigorating!
A friend gave me a mountain bike a few ago and I'm also eager to give the bike a try in the woods!
