Exercizing & eating

One day last month let's say on 5/25/09, I decided I didn't want to be fat anymore. I went back to a vegetarian diet immediately. I started walking which I haven't exercised since Richard, my brother, died 2 years ago in June so I am really out of shape. I could only walk 5 minutes & my legs & butt hurt. I'm not pushing myself merely because I am so out of shape.

So far I have not craved any of the goodies I was eating.

    Good job. When it comes to exercise, sometimes slow is the key. It was 5 minutes today and most likely 7 days from now it will be 10 minutes if not more. I too am eating vegetarian but only for 9 days and today is day 4. I am doing this because I am trying to wein myself onto really healthy foods especially vegetables. By this time next week I'll be eating meat again but my goal is to eat a lot more fish. Lots of success to you.
