keeping up the exercise

as a diabetic I keep my BS under control...I eat 6 small meals a day...My problem is keeping up my exercise....I watch my grandson 5 days a week and that is exercise, but I know I need more and I do some days and sometimes its easier to relaz when I get home an do nothing....plus most weekends I go out to visit my 87 yrs young mother and sister who lives with her and is mentally challenged and 70 yrs old...so I am kept pretty busy and that is what is in my head...telling me I get enough exercise when I know I really don't....so will try and try again to do better.
