I got some BAD NEWS

Well if you been keeping up with me understand I am very seriously trying to be healthy, despite my best efforts on April 20, 2009 I had a Heart Attack at age 46. So I have been in the hospital for a while and that is why you have not seen me on the boards. I was released yesterday and now home recuperating. Thank you Lord, because it was a minimal heart attack. They had a hard time even finding the damaged area so I should have minimal impact. The Doctors think things would been a lot different if I was not trying to be so healthy. So here is proof that everything we do HELPS! So do not get discouraged if you think your progress is to slow. So, It looks like I am going to be on some more Meds (which you know I do not like) but that is reality because now I am a heart patient.

I had a few friends ask after the Ten Ton challenge did they interview me? Well no not for that one but the next week they did a spring health article and they put me in it. So here is the article look at the pics for Doyle Tiller and the boy is my son Michael playing Baseball.

I was disappointed that they did not mention SP nor our Delaware team in the article. Rest a shored I told them about us. So people just never listen!

Guess I need to update my Spark page so, PLEASE let this be your warning sigh, we all have to get healthier for our love ones if we can not seem to do it for us!
