Ok so this weeks challenge for the Spring into Summer Challenge was to do YOGA poses. I took my photos and i must say it feels so much better doing yoga than looking at the pics of myself doing it. HOLY stomach hang :( I can actually bend pretty good but my stomach get's in the way and makes it look so UNgraceful! BLAH! ANyway here's the pics!
Great job! I know that my belly likes to be in the way...I wear stretch shorts that cover my belly to make sorta like a belly bra and keep it from bouncing away when I do my cardio. Keep up your great work! 4144 days ago
I hate looking at pictures of myself in general so kudos to you for posting them here so we can see how you're doing. I think that it's wonderful that you're doing so well. I find that one of my biggest problems with the exercise videos (sometimes) is that they are done by someone who has lost the weight already. Just once I would like to see someone who has a stomach even just working out with them so that we can see how far they can stretch or so that they can discuss the issue of stomach getting in the way. I find some of the stretches on the ball were annoying because they asked you to put your feet together and then bend down as far as you can. I could bend really far but not unless I opened my legs to let my belly drop through LOL. Anyway, it's just something to think about. Maybe we could ask the Coaches for something like that. :) Keep up the great work! 4144 days ago
