It has been too long since I've been on Spark People. I don't even know the last day that I logged in. But, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm back and that is what matters.
I've created a great Oatmeal receipt for breakfast and I've even prepared enough individual servings for this week at work. So I'm set for this week's breakfast. Better than before. I've even got 1 snack set-up at work - Almonds.
Next goal is to get another snack item and create great lunch receipts.
I bought a Wii and Wii Fit this weekend and after playing for just one night, I'm soar but I'm motivated. Finally, something that helpped me break that barrier and get a little spark of motivation. That's why I'm back.
I'm also counting my exercise as anything that I'm doing while standing and not sitting or laying on a couch. This is going to be a great improvement for me.
I'm going to take it one day and one week at a time - No more - No less!
