So, I know I haven't been at this very long, only about 2 weeks or so, but I've been working really hard those past 2 weeks with: walking every day, doing at least 15 minutes of a workout DVD - usually more than 15 minutes & pretty much every day, counting cals., drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day - only water too, and eating healthy - more veggies, fruits etc.
So far I seem to be meeting my nutritional goals on SP...so when I weighed in this morning I was surprised to see that I gained 2 pounds more than my start weight! This is so discouraging because I've been working really really hard and I'm not seeing any results! The way I ate and lived before I pretty much maintained my weight and now I'm doing a lot more cardio and eating a lot less, but I'm gaining! It's so frustrating!! I've heard you gain weight before you lose any but with as much as I've been doing I was sure I would have lost something......I'm sooo discouraged at the moment!
