Hope On the Horizon!

Today, although snowing, rainy and bleak by the weather perspective is quite a nice day actually. I am inside a beautiful building on a very fast Internet connection!!! What more could a Sparker ask for!! HA :) I have already workout in the exercise room on the stationary bike for 20 min. and checked out the Women's Lockeroom which has a SAUNA--yahoo! I love those things because they remind me of a time I went to visit a friend in Finland about14 years ago! So, on the whole, I am feeling a little better tha n my average. Dare I say it, "I am proud of myself!" for getting back on track and sticking with it!

Jill, I am glad you are moving forward I knew you could do it keep it up lets get you motivated and stay that way, I am here if you need to talk. we got snow the other day and I heard we are suppose to get more this week ish i want spring to come i hate winters and its so cold and windy. we need some sunshine now. You mean the world to me and I will be there for you.
