My back is feeling much better as well as my knees. I've started back doing my walking tapes very slowly. It will take awhile to get back to the strength I had before but I need to build up to it at my own speed. My Lupus and other medical issues are things that cause me to take it slow and careful. I need to exercise and build up my strength at a pace slower than most.
I also started on the Herbalife weight loss program. 2 shakes a day, breakfast and lunch and then a healthy dinner. Healthy, protein snacks and lots of water help too. I've lost 6 pounds in a month!
