I'm really going for it this week!

Today is the second day in a row that I've made it to eight cups of water. I mean business this week! This weight is as good as gone. Today I made a great dinner -- I had asparagus, grilled eggplant and zucchini, and couscous with chickpeas. It was so delicious. Oh, and I already did my cardio today. And I was running. Whoo-hooo! I feel so healthy! Go me!!!
