I'm Recovering From Back Surgery

Well, I made it through back surgery. I'm 2 weeks post-op and feel really good! I'm almost ready to start back here and lose some weight. I've learned to "Respect my Back!" It was a very hard first week out of the hospital. My pain wasn't under control, I was vomitting and wanted to just die. Somehow I pulled though. My surgeon said yesterday that I am going to be the New Poster Child! LOL

I attached a picture of what my back looks like now. Although you can't see the bone graph areas, the bone fusions or even the 2 cages. The Cages are made out of a Plastic composite that will last my lifetime.

I can't wait to try out my Bone Growth Stimulator....
