Still going!

Hey Guys!

Well the weekend was great. I went to cirque de soliel and it was wonderful! I always enjoy those shows. Also, the steelers are in the superbowl! They are my number 2 team and I am very proud of them.

I had a hard lunch today. I went to Marietta Diner with my mom and sister in law. I always hate eating out when I am on plan because I find it the hardest. I looked at the menu before I left and decided to have the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and steamed veggies.

The one thing that I really HATE HATE HATE about Marietta Diner is the monster cake case when you walk in. Not only do all the cakes look absolutely delicious but they sat us at the table right next to them. I got to stare at them my entire lunch.

We also got bread and I just decided not to eat it. I already logged what I was going to eat at lunch and gosh darnnit I was sticking to it. Did I mention I hate going out to eat while I am on plan?

So this afternoon I found some coupons for Kroger and I am going to go get some stuff to cook at home for the rest of the week. I am really proud of myself to sticking to what I set out for at lunch and not getting dessert or picking off everyone else's plates.

Everyday seems to be a monster challenge to control my willpower but as of right now I am winning. It is like a constant battle of everyone wanting you to stay fat. I will keep with it because I don't want to stay this big forever and I would I like to go into my 30's in shape. I want to enjoy every moment as much as possible.

Love you guys! Stay Strong!

    I'm proud of you Riah!

I know how hard it must have been. Ya know, after we got that slice home we barely ate it! I don't think I can work on the plan (with Chris eating, too) but I'm feeling pretty worn out on eating out all the time. I'm going to make the effort to get to the grocery store and plan our meals out.
