So I've finally joined the gym and worked out with a personal trainer for the 1st time. It was actually me free session because I can't afford one. But at least I know how to properly operate the equipment. I am so sore from the strength training but I'm ready to do it all over again. Yeah for me. So my next goal it to be down 8lbs by Valentine day! Wish me luck!
