So I haven't blogged in over two months. Haven't been motivated to do so or anything that has to do with weight loss or anything, just kinda been moving around on some kind of thin air if that makes sense. Anyway, I haven't lost that much in the past 2 months, November 1st I was 199.7 lbs, December 1st I was 197.4 lbs and January 1st I was 194.4 lbs, so total of 5.3 lbs in two months. I guess I am slowly losing and I should in a sense be happy that it is slowly since it's more likely to be kept off that way permanently. Well I have been hit with a new attitude this year and am now going to the gym 5x a week and working towards the couch to 5k running program. I am on week 2 day 3 which is the end of week 2 so on Wednesday starts week 3 for me. I have been doing good, been able to do it without any problems so far. I actually did 2.75 miles in 30 min. the other day on the treadmill with combination of running and walking. I have even increased my stamina to the point where I can run on 5.5 and walk on 4.0 which was the speed I started running at a year ago. But now I can run for 11 min. straight on 5.5 which makes it a mile!
Anyway, I am as of right now sitting at 193.4 pounds and am hoping that I can get down to 190 before the end of the month, preferably down to 189! That will make me also no longer in the obese BMI category, just plain ole overweight, lol.
Tomorrow I will do some cardio and some lower body workout and then couch to 5k on Wednesday.
