I wish I could do better!

... about being so back and forth from this site.

It's been proven to me that I do ten times better with my health goals when I actually stick around and utilize the tools. I lost a good fifteen pounds in what seemed like no time at all at one point with SparkPeople's help. I just need to stick with it again to repeat that success!

Thank you to everyone who's left me messages, comments and goodies in my scattered absences. It's always appreciated and, especially this time around, makes me feel even more motivated to stick around this time.

So, in consistency with my last (out-dated) journal entry, I am going to plan out this upcoming week.


MONDAY

Early day at work
Gym time!
Freelance work
One page for comic
No family dinner, think ahead


TUESDAY

Work day
Gym time! (With brother?)
Freelance work
Family dinner


WEDNESDAY

Day off!
Gym time + walk outside
Freelance work
One+ page for comic
Family dinner


THURSDAY

Work day
Gym time! (With brother?)
Family time


FRIDAY-SUNDAY

All days off, dog sitting!
Gym at least 1 day
Walk dog outside every day
At least two comic pages done
Freelance work
Make wise meal decisions while staying away from home!


NEXT WEEK

Back to school!
