I am suppose to give myself rewards for this section on my Spark activies.

My big reward for surviving 12 weeks was the date with my husband. it was more than i ever thought it could be.

my next reward in 6 weeks is to go to Harrah's and gamble a little.

as far as my daily rewards for the next 2 weeks....hummm i have no ideas
1 maybe a pat on the back for sticking with it for one more day (done)
2 calling my sister and talking to her forever about nothing (done)
3 watch a little tv (done)
4 buy myself a book on fibromyalgia
5 lay around all day (done)
6 give myself a pedicure
7 get a massage (done)
8 stand in the hot water in the shower (done)
9 have something chocolate (done)
10 play my wii (done)
11 work in my woodshop on the scroll saw
12 get a pretty shirt
13 spend a day by myself (done)
14 read my fibromyalgia book

i guess those sound like good rewards. i want to do all of them. though cleaning out clutter and re-claiming that space is reward to me. climbing in a freshly made bed is reward. going to the pool and exercising is reward. so we will see. it really depends on how i feel that day.
