Time to be FINE in 2009!!!

Well, it's been a while since I took time to blog. I hope all is well with everyone and that they had a great start to the New Year.
I for the first time in three years gave myself permission to let go and just do whatever. Well, I'm sure I gained weight, but I do not know how much. I have not weighed in three weeks-so who knows- I can only imagine the damage. But, you know what-I am cool with it. Really, cause let me explain my thinking. You see I had gotten to a point when nothing was moving-so I think my body got so used to my routine that it just stopped responding to my plan.
So, I'm going to be back full throttle starting today. I'm not going to weigh until Jan. 20th (I hope I can hold out until then) I picked Jan. 20th to be my initial weight date because it is a date for New Beginnings and a Time for Change!!
Until then, I will journal everything and not exceed my points.I will drink my water and exercise every day. I will check in on Spark People every day and when the 20th comes- I will weigh myself and then monitor my weight daily again.
