Well, I am off for an entire week for Thanksgiving, so I decided to schedule a routine doctor's exam on Monday. I explained my symptoms of constant fatigue, chest pains, numbness and stinging in my legs and arms, and my inability to walk correctly at times. Therefore, he sent me to the lab to get some bloodwork. I called his office the following day, and the nurse informed me that I am indeed anemic. I am scheduled to have more bloodwork done on Thursday of next week to find out why I am indeed anemic. I thank God for confirmation that I wasn't just being lazy for not continuing to exercise but because of extreme fatigue due to me being anemic. I know now that eating healthier is not an option but a mandate. I know that exercise will have to happen as well, and I know it will increase my energy. Keep me in your prayers.

    Knowledge is power!!!!

Once you are aware -it is imperative to adhere to the recommended treatment. Vegetables are good for anemia. But, I'm no doctor.

At least you can fix anemia.

Keep positive and never look back.

    Keep the faith soror,
