Planning Ahead

I came across someone else's blog in which he planned out his week, so I figured I'd do the same. I figured it would give me a good starting place of what to expect of myself what with eating out, exercise, etc.

TODAY:

Worked at day job
1.5 hours at gym with brother (Doubly efficient, exercise and quality family time!)
Ate at home
Work on freelance jobs


WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast at home - toast and peanut butter?
Classes from 9a until early closure for holiday @ 3 p.m. (Don't forget to do lab work and finish MP3 player project!)
At least 30m cardio @ gym
Potential ladies' night out (Remember to order healthy!)
Work on freelance jobs


TURKEYDAY:

Lots of family/friend time
Eat wisely - choose more veggies and less carbs/dessert
If nice out, WALK
Work on freelance a little


FRIDAY:

Gym time
Work on freelance, homework


SATURDAY:

Gym time in a.m. (Hopefully with brother/dad?)
Holiday visit with grandfather
Maybe work, maybe relax


SUNDAY:

Gym time
Work on freelance, homework
