Okay, so now I've lost over 27 pounds since July 23rd. I have not been exercising at all for the past month or so. But just by eating better, I'm still losing weight. It's coming off at about 1/2 a pound a week at best right now.

But check out my Mii - my BMI is now considered normal. Ha!
