I wish and really want to get my eating under control!!! : I will be more conscience of what I am putting into my mouth. I will make a point of ordering healthy meals when out on playdates. Also I will try to make up menus in advance.
I wish and really want to continue to do some form of exercise at least 3x a week : I will keep my 2x a week workout date with my mom. I will walk the treadmill or mall 2x aweek. I also do dog obeidence classes every monday so that is a 1hr work out.
i wish and really want to be serious about drinking 8 glasses of "water" I will not count all liquid as my 8. I will make a point of drinking 1 bottle of water for each meal and drink a bottle or more for my work outs.
I wish and really HOPE that my 3yr old is absorbing all of this in, so that he will not struggle the way his parents do.(that to live, you not only eat healthy to survive but you MUST also exercise!! : I am already making sure he eats healthy foods and He is always with me when I work out.If I use the treadmill at home , he tells me:
"good job mommy, your a good girl, my turn on the treadmill" all in one sentence. So I put him on it and let it go real slow.. He comes mall walking with me, so I have him moving and grooving with me.This wish will always be my top priority.
