A little better, but...

I've felt a little better about myself the past couple days, but I noticed I haven't lost anything since the turn of the month. Not surprising because of my habits the past few days, but it made me worry a little bit.
Either way, I reached my first short term goal (215 by 9/10 and maintain) so I'll just have to work a little harder to get to 210 by 9/30, my next goal. If this upcoming one is too hard I'll consider making my goal for Halloween a bit more realistic.
I've been walking more this past week, too. It's been nice to get a little bit of exercise.
If anyone has tips for getting out of ruts on a busy schedule, let me know! I don't want to let myself fall in a slump!
