A little better, but...

I've felt a little better about myself the past couple days, but I noticed I haven't lost anything since the turn of the month. Not surprising because of my habits the past few days, but it made me worry a little bit.

Either way, I reached my first short term goal (215 by 9/10 and maintain) so I'll just have to work a little harder to get to 210 by 9/30, my next goal. If this upcoming one is too hard I'll consider making my goal for Halloween a bit more realistic.

I've been walking more this past week, too. It's been nice to get a little bit of exercise.

If anyone has tips for getting out of ruts on a busy schedule, let me know! I don't want to let myself fall in a slump!

    Congratulations on reaching your first goal. emoticon Walking is great exercise.

    It's hard to find time for fitness when you're busy, you just have to adjust your schedule and make it a priority. If you got another project in school or at work, you'd do what you had to do to get the job done - consider it in that light and just find the time somewhere - you can do it emoticon
