I kind of feel like crap. Crapity crap.

I've done poorly the past couple days. I mean, I definitely could do worse, but one of my #1 goals this time is to at least MAINTAIN what I've lost even if I have trouble losing more. It's not so bad getting into this as a lifestyle, I've been walking a little more... but something just hasn't felt quite right the past couple days.

I'm goin' a little crazy. I am going to work twice as hard to make sure I stay on track so I don't entirely fall off.

    Don't be so hard on yourself. It's all a process and the hardest part is springing forward after a (minor) setback. Maybe you'll feel better if you focus on smallers steps & victories.
    Also - we often forget to look at the whole picture when it comes to weightloss. We have to get enough rest, relaxation and keep stress & anxiety at bay.

    Each day is another chance to get back to where you want to be.
