I kind of feel like crap. Crapity crap.
I've done poorly the past couple days. I mean, I definitely could do worse, but one of my #1 goals this time is to at least MAINTAIN what I've lost even if I have trouble losing more. It's not so bad getting into this as a lifestyle, I've been walking a little more... but something just hasn't felt quite right the past couple days.
I'm goin' a little crazy. I am going to work twice as hard to make sure I stay on track so I don't entirely fall off.
