Down to 215...

I'm pretty proud of myself, but I've been a little depressed the past couple days, so hopefully that won't hurt my efforts too much. (If you look at my food log for today it's pretty obvious I've been emotionally eating.) I'm going to pack my lunch for tomorrow so I'm not tempted to buy something outrageous at the cafe at school, as I know I'd be prone to.

Menu:

Pizzelle (chocolate Italian wafer cookies - 25 calories a piece, but are still awesome!)
Popcorn (I'm trying to pack things I know I'll be excited to eat)
Some form of fresh fruit/vegetables, maybe a protein

    Congrats on getting down to 215!! Make sure what you are eating has some substinence or else it will leave you wanting more and more. Try to have a fat or protein with the simple carbs. You really will end up eating less over all. You are doing great!!

    exercise the blues away. lots of research shows that exercise works faster than meds for depression and is just as effective. move that body!
