I took the day off, which was smart because this morning my leg is feeling better than ever!! I think the change in my workouts are paying off and i am starting to heal!

I first want to thank each of you. I was so surprised by the amount of comments, goodies and support that you all gave me! It really shows me how much you all are supporting me on this journey. It touched my heart. It is hard to explain how it feels to be miles away from home and my family, yet feel so connected to people I have never met. You - each of you - have blessed me in a way I will never forget.

I did well yesterday despite my day off. We went out to dinner last night, and I did well and managed to still have a 400 deficit for the day!

Today I am going out for a walk and hopefully I will be able to go faster, maybe a light jog, but we will see. I do not want to ruin a good thing. Now that I am doing better I want to continue to move forward not go back and hurt myself again! I am also doing my P90X weights tonight which have been a great way to keep on my program despite the fact that I have not been able to run.

Thanks again for everyones support. I am constantly in awe of the support that Spark gives! It has changed my life!

Good for you! Sometimes a little rest is all it takes. Its hard to really listen to our bodies when we have our own agenda in our head.

I appreciate your comment on my page. I can relate to the far awayness -- sometimes I feel so isolated and alone. And though I love my children and my husband, I just really want my girlfriends at home.
