4. Loose 1.5 pounds

PM - Cathe Butts and Guts dvd with hill intervals.
TUESDAY -
90 min run/walk
WEDNESDAY -
AM - Cathe drill max dvd
PM - 60 min run/walk and Turbo ab jam dvd.
THURSDAY -
Day off!!
FRIDAY -
AM - 60 min run/walk
PM - P90X combination of CST and BB with ab ripper x.
SATURDAY -
Run 90 mins.
SUNDAY -
Day off!!
