WORKOUT PLAN AND GOALS FOR JULY 28th - AUGUST 3rd -

Goals for the week -

1. Burn 3,500 calories
2. Maintain a daily caloric deficit of 500- 800 calories
3. Push ups - 250
4. Loose 1.5 pounds
5. Loose 2 inches

MONDAY -

AM - 30 day shred level 3 with 60 min run/walk
PM - Cathe Butts and Guts dvd with hill intervals.

TUESDAY -

90 min run/walk

WEDNESDAY -

AM - Cathe drill max dvd
PM - 60 min run/walk and Turbo ab jam dvd.

THURSDAY -

Day off!!

FRIDAY -

AM - 60 min run/walk
PM - P90X combination of CST and BB with ab ripper x.

SATURDAY -

Run 90 mins.

SUNDAY -

Day off!!
