I want to lose one pound.

I’m celebrating coleading and my first year anniversary with Sparks in the June 3-9, 2007 class and this is my mottos! 1.) "Every time you meet a situation, though you think at the moment it is an impossibility and you go through the tortures of the damned, once you have met it and lived through it you find that forever after you are freer than you were before." Eleanor Roosevelt 2.) Motto: Live each day as if it were the first day of the rest of our lives.

have learned from others, in that, I have read other's messages and then watched their ticker. I was able here to ask questions that I didn't feel comfortable otherwise. And sometimes I kept coming to Sparks because I liked my name and didn't want to give it up and quit.

October 2003~~son's wedding. It was when I saw the weddign pictures of me at my son's wedding pictures in 2003 that I went Uch! My hightest weight was 195, and I was so afraid that I would hit the 200 lb mark. Also, I just started feeling lousy and bad all of the time. While I have tried various programs, in 2005, I found a HMR program at a nearby hospital with a nurse leading the program. In 2005, I lost 10 lbs. In 2006, I joined sparks and I have lost four pounds and I was really stuck at 180 for the longest time. Last week I broke that barrier and got into the 170's. It might take me a while, but I know now, that I'll be able to lose more. Didn't think that I could break this barrier.

Stage 2 Good Ideas l watch the following. Portion Control

Eating the Right Stuff

Consistent Exercise

Drinking Water

Eating On Purpose

Finding Healthy Opportunities

A really nice guy sat besides me, (assigned seats) in the temp job. He was very different from my fellow back home. But he had that twinge of pink in his cheeks and hee was the same age and educational level, only this one read the Wall Street Journal. They both had the same facial proficle although many of their looks were different, he wore baggy butt pants, because his tummy was too big, just like the fellow back home. When he put his hand down on the mouse somedays, I wanted to reach out to him but didn't.

The team members each gave a hug to each other because we really had good times in thios project, but I couldn't give a hug to this fellow.

2007=Year of the Exercise--Get that in order first!

2008=Year of the Food and Calorie Counting!!!!
