Finally Getting Some Control Back

Instead of snacking on any junk food I could get my hands on, I ate some chinese broccoli and edamame when my cravings hit. I finally got back within my calorie range and I feel so much better.
Some days I feel as if I'll never reach my goal weight, so I'm trying to focus less on that stupid number and more on how I feel.
There are times when I really feel like I've got this in the bag and then others where I feel like I'm wasting my time. No matter what, I'm determined to stick with it and hopefully when I look back at these blog entries I feel proud of myself for fighting through all the negativity.
