The universe is transformation. Our life is what our thoughts make of it. - Marcus Aurelius.121-180 AD
I know we all want to transform in to a new beautiful butterfly but I am concerned that so many of us have these profile images of unattainable women. Is there no one in your every day life you want to look like? Even if it is your high school picture?
Magazine models are NOT someone I want to look like. Nor do I want all the eating problems they have. Maybe this is an issue I have, I don't have an ideal image of what I want to look like.
I know I don't want to weigh this much. I know I don't really want to look like my high school picture, I am not a young girl but a woman of experience. I don't want to look like an apple and I don't have to be a body builder. In the middle would be good, fit and shapely - like Marilyn Monroe, she wore a size 14 you know! - but no blonde hair. My husband likes my colored red hair just fine. Reba McEntire - now that is a hot woman!
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all? Until I was 40, and even now, I would tell you the answer to that question would never be me! However, as I continue with this journey on Spark People I feel more confident that I will be the fairest of them all, at least in my eyes. And, if I am happy - the rest of the world will just have to accept what they see!
