06/15/08: morning quiet & quote from CJStrip's page

Sunday, June 15, 2008

This is a quote I found on CJ's spark page:

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. - Albert Schweitzer.

Thanks to all my spark friends who help make this a reality for me every day!

Hi Jann! I think I blogged on this same quote once. It is a precious gift that we give one another, when we share our "spark", our testimony, our "journey" with others. It's sharing the human spirit, and somehow that can never be lost, even after we are gone, the seeds we plant in one another will continue to grow and blossom. It's wonderful, and such a breathtaking wonder to think about...and of course it always leads me back to the absolute beauty of our Creator. How can it not? I've been catching up on your blogs. I thought I was subscribed! I admire your relationship with your mother, and the loving honor you show her. I haven't been down any of those roads yet, but when I do, it will be sparks like yours that will light my way. Thanks for sharing!!!
