My Plan for the Week (May 19-24)

I don't often write down my plan for the week. I usually have an idea in my head of what I want to accomplish fitness wise and just fit it in where I can. This week is going to be crazy though so if I don't have a plan it won't happen. My little brother is getting married next weekend and I am a bridesmaid so I have many wedding related duties this week on top of normal life.

I want to look good in my dress so my plan is to do the Shred dvd everyday this week to have those muscles looking their best. I wouldn't normally do the dvd everyday, but it can't hurt anything. I also plan on running at least 21 miles as per my training plan for a couple races I'm doing in July. Hopefully I can stick to this.

SUN-Shred Level 1&2-DONE 350 calories burned
MON-5 mile Tempo Run + Shred Level 3
TUES-8 mile Long Run +Shred Level 2
WED-Shred Level 1 &2
THURS-4 mile Easy Run + Shred Level 3
FRI-4 mile Easy Run + Shred Level 2
SAT-Wedding

    Very impressed as usual! When do you do your runs? I'm curious b/c I know that you stay home with your daughter...as you know, I am a novice runner and I am working my way up to my first 5k this Saturday, but I'm curious how I can accumulate the miles, or rather, increase my mileage...any direction?

    Would love to hear about the wedding; do you plan to write a blog about it?

    Woohoo! You could do the peak diet too...but then you wouldn't be able to run. loL! So scratch that. Thanks for the info on the pace band...that makes sense. I'll remember that as I get further into my 10k training. You could make yourself a t-shirt. Go get one of those tree air fresheners and staple it to a shirt. Voila! lol!
