I'm only tracking calories on weekends now. I want to eventually not have to track at all, but scared as of now to stop on weekends. With summer around the corner it will be hard to not munch and drink a lot on weekends. In order to maintain and get my hot body back, I must stay in control. My goal is to just write stuff I consume down in my notebook and on Mondays, put it all in and see how I did. I'm also still on flab control. Target exercises and yoga are my friends right now!
