Hang on ladies, were still going down!

One more pound hits the dust, and I'll take it!!! It has been a challenging week for me, but if it takes me another year or two, I'll be here, plugging away, stoking the fires, and working on me!
1. Eating raw veggies at night does help.
2. Knowing that I'm not really hungry but munchy does help.
3. I am using the mind games on myself and it's helping.

Choooooo Chhhhoooo! Hope you are all still with me on this ride!

    LOL I think I might be with Ruth. I'm on a different train. I'm on the old Steam Train and would like to work up to the Bullet Train. Thank you so much for your words of encouragement on my blog. When I was writing it I knew that you would be reading it and I do so much appreciate your help, your care, your wisdom, your encouragement. I need it all at the moment in big doses and I send it all back to you to help you too. Mind you that one pound loss is certainly in the right direction so well done.

    I'm still holding on, but I think we are on different trains! LOL! Somehow mine went up a small incline, while yours down a small hill. Otherwise it's a hilly track. LOL! Hugs, Ruth

    Think I will have ended up putting on today but anyhow. Think I need to food log more often than once a week.

    Och just checked the calories for honey and toast and nae as dire as I thought. I only have 1 tsp of honey on my toast = 21 cals :).

    Food logging again today...hmmm...hope the scales are pleasant come wed.

    You know I am fully on board... this train is taking me to the promised land... to a place where I feel good about myself and have a cup of tea at the destination with my good friend Lynne! Thanks for giving me a pass to board your train... it makes the trip much more fun to be traveling with a friend... Congratulations on your pound loss!
