I am starting to love Weight Watchers

I've started Weight Watchers, and I had my first weigh in this week. I've lost 3 lbs. I don't feel hungry. I'm learning healthy habits (over again), and my family is being really supportive. It's good to see the runner on my tracker move forward. She had been running in place for quite some time.
