One step at a time

Well, I finally opened my Walking Away the Pounds DVD I bought a few months ago. I started with the 20 minute "1 mile strength walk." It was quite painless, and I felt so good about myself for doing it.
Then, I came home from riding and had some chips and a couple of cookies. AAGGHH! But overall, I still feel good that I got a lot of exercise today.
I will take Rachel's advice and try to reach for the water more than the goodies!
