Pilates - Part 2

Today's class was really tough. My legs are still a little sore from Monday but I am glad I signed up for 6 weeks of this - I feel better,stronger already!

I am watching the scale go up despite my calories being in check and exercising. Just a pound but still is frustrating. Suppose that is the lovely combo of hypothyroid,pcos and turning 40. I am not going to let it get in my way though. Sooner or later I will break through to the 160's and I am thankful that I have the ability and time to exercise. A Ymca to exercise at and a Sparkpage to whine on. I've got it all! :)

    Good job with sticking to the pilates! I'm glad you found something you enjoy.

    Hang in there, your going to break the 160's before you realize it. Slow and steady wins the race!
