Pushed myself today

My legs are still sore from Monday's pilates class but I pushed myself through it and did 5 min on the elliptical and 45 on the treadmill.
Tomorrow is pilates again.

Discovered Fiber One key lime yogurt today. 80 calories and rather yummy.
