Another way to track...

March 18th: First measurements.
Chest: 51 in.
Figured I'd need another way to keep track.
Also, I stepped on the scale tonight to find my weight to be 217 pounds. How did I lose 11 pounds after, pretty much, not lifting a finger? See, the weight I posted when I joined here was what I was measured at my last doctor's appointment in January. I double-checked my scale to make sure it sits on zero when I'm standing off of it, but it seemed to be in good order.
After some deliberation, I decided to update my weight to what my scale says. After all, I don't plan on going to the doctor's every few weeks for a new weigh-in.
What do you guys think?
