Working on one thing, and that is less than 1550 calories today!
With the exercising, I'm dealing with some issues in my life appropriately. I'm not where I want to be with my career, and I'm having to start over, not much fun. Also I'm working on going exercising as part of my daily routine. I hope I kep at it, as things get hectic here in my life pretty soon!
Middle of the night hungries? I ate. Salad. cut up iceberg lettuce, onions, carrots, regular ones, and I shredded them. What do you do to carrots, the only word that I know is shredding. Anyway. Good seasonings, which is my most favorite salad dressing. Didn't make the dressing just spread the seasonings on top. Really good middle of the night for hungries!

I got a compliment.......
On my weight loss? No, indirectly on my energy level. We were short handed at work and I had to work with a guy who has a short fuse. I was able to keep up and we were able to get all of the work done. What does that have to do with Sparks? Swimming has given me more energy. Eating right has given me more energy. I have a long way to go yet, for sure! But tonight, at the end of the shift, he complimented me, and he meant it. He said that I was a pleasure to work with, meaning that I was there working.

I took a can of green beans to work with me and I doctored it with the condiments that they have in the little packets. I put several of the onions and the lemon juice on them, and it was really good. I wasn't brave enough to try the horseradish....maybe next time. I was weird and ate it cold, but I could have nuked it, for sure. We were just short of time.

Portion control and applesauce, I used a half cup as my bowl. It worked.
