3 of Spades Resolution--no originality

under 1550 calories a day and drinking water.

At work, I keep a cup of water even though we are not suppose to. I keep filling it and filling it, and drinking it. Sometimes my body wants something else, and more and more, I'm going back to the water. I am thirsty for water, just don't recognize it. I'm not perfect here, lots of times, I go for the sweeter things.

I am so behind in other aspects of my life, yet, if I hadn't stopped to do this habit forming things with Sparks, I never would make the progress that I think will come. That's the change. This week I was able to make a conscious choice even when I didn't want the water, to take it anyway. The extra swimming on a more consistent manner, I'm feeling it in my legs and shoulders.

This Friday snuck up on me.
