Crazy Life.....

Monday, February 25, 2008

I have had a couple of crazy weeks lately that have been so many ups and so many downs it is hard to remember it all and even more important deal with it all. Thankfully I have been able to not let my emotions run me and eat to take care of these emotions. To say the least I have learned some very harsh lessons and have gone thru some tense times and some stressful times and some joyful times, in about a week an a half or so. So right now I am just trying to hold it together. I still need to deal with a big issue; not sure how to deal with it, but with God's Grace, my family and my friends I will get thru it. During this roller coaster time I have been able to keep up my exercise and my limit of calories. I think that I am just so emotionally drained an physically drained. I WON'T LET WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MY LIFE AFFECT MY PROGRESS. At one time I would have turned to a few different ways on how 2 deal with it. THANK GOD I have learned how to deal with a crisis the right way.

You're not alone. I am noticing almost all my friends are struggling right along with me. I am blaming the weather. hehe As long as we don't give up we are on a good path.

I want you to know that you aren't the only one holding it together and toughing out some rough time. One thing after another came flying at me and I wasn't sure how I'd hang on. I even posted a bit about it...but I felt bad for bringing down the team mood...so I leaned on a couple wonderful friends from spark that I had made.
We can't go through rough patches alone...that is the time to let those who love you, help you.
If there's anything I can do to help...even lend an ear if you'd like, just let me know.
